Key Specifications/Special Features:

• In sewage there mainly exist pollutants such as PH value, chroma (color), the COD (chemical oxygen needs), SS (suspended solids) and so on
• To dispose various pollutants, physical and chemical methods are mainly adopted, which are acid-base neutralization, coagulation purification, air flotation purification, adsorption filtration
• When the sewage flow by, massive pollutant is held up by the net (grizzly bar), which can perform a protective role to subsequently handling the structures or sewage pump promoting, and can also prevent the pump from blockage
• By adding alkali aluminum coagulant into sewage to cause flocculation reaction, suspended substance is formed and it flow into first-class purifier for sludge and water separation
• Then the sludge subsides to the button of the purifier and supernatant flows over above
• In the supernatant from first-class purifier there exist some contaminants having no reaction and a part of fine particles that can not subside in first-class purifier, needing to add coagulant polymer to cause coagulant reaction, after that suspended substance is formed and it flow into second-class purifier for sludge and water separation
• Then the sludge subsides to the bottom of the purifier and purified water flows over above
• Though settlement in first-class purifier and second-class purifier, the sludge flow into concentrated tank
• If the discharge of sludge is light, use the simple approach, namely the sludge drying fields (natural drying)
• If the discharge of sludge is heavy, use the mechanical disposal methods, namely sludge pressure filter that compresses the sludge into sludge cake and returns filtered water into the sewage treatment pond
